We store AuraCare by VidaSmile products in warehouses across the US, UK, Germany, and Asia. If one location is out of stock, we’ll ship from another to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be initiated for return and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Returns are currently available only in the US & UK.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
